There are no qualifying totals to enter this meet. However, this is a meet is only open to female powerlifters and all competitors must have an active membership with USAPL at the time of the meet. To apply, please register online at: https://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/
REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEES
Event registration is $120 for the first division, and $60 for each subsequent division. No refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. Spectator fee is $10 (charged at the door). Spectators 12 and younger are free. Coach/handler fee is $5 (one per lifter). Registration will close when capacity reaches 40 lifters.
UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT
All lifters must have a minimum of a one-piece non-supportive lifting singlet, t-shirt, and deadlift socks (covering their entire shin). All lifters are responsible for reading the rulebook ahead of time to ensure proper lifting attire for their respective category. Uniforms and equipment will be checked by a USAPL official prior to the start of the competition.
The top three places in each weight class and division (per category) will receive awards. The best overall lifter will be awarded and determined by the DOTS formula.
A minimum of 10% of the lifters will be selected for testing.
