Rules for Vendors:

Vendor is responsible for individual set-up including tents, tables & chairs. Set up time is 8:30am-10:30am the day of festival. Signs may be hung within your space. Breakdown immediately after event. All vendors will be assigned a space the day of. Pay in Advance: (see above for discounts) Pay by check, money order or PayPal on our website. Space Size: Craft & Independent Sales space is 10x10, Retail/Resale space is 15x15.

I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the festival. Submission of this application is a commitment to show, if accepted. My representative(s) and I expressly release and hold harmless the Marcus Hook Preservation Society, the borough of Marcus Hook, its members, officers, employees and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, property damage or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in the 11th Annual Pirate Festival. Your canceled check or PayPal receipt is your acceptance to the festival. Your payment will be considered a donation if you are a “no show”. All sales final – no refunds, no credit.
