Please read the following conditions carefully:
1. I/We acknowledge this is a public event and Nga Manu Putohe has no control over the audience photographing or taking videos (‘images’) and Nga Manu Putohe takes no responsibility for any loss or damage or any harm of whatsoever nature caused to me/us by an action or actions taken by any member of the public in using or publishing my/our images.
2. I/We will be responsible for the safety and protection for all my / equipment and any other instruments or items or personal items of whatsoever nature brought onto the premises by me/us and Nga Manu Putohe will not be liable for any loss, damages or claim arising from any loss or damage or theft of these instruments, items or things aforementioned while such items are stored at the venue.
3. I/We acknowledge that Nga Manu Putohe will not be liable for any damage, injury, including personal injury, health issues or aliments of whatsoever nature, which I / we may suffer while participating or travelling to and from the venue or as a consequence of such activity or activities and we indemnify and keep Nga Manu Putohe indemnified against all claims, compensations, reimbursement or any liability of whatsoever nature.
4. Nga Manu Putohe will not be responsible for any claims for loss, damages or reimbursement made against me/us as a result of or arising out of my/our participating in the event and we shall indemnify and keep Nga Manu Putohe indemnified against all claims and liabilities of whatsoever nature made against us.
I/We acknowledge that Nga Manu Putohe and/or their delegates shall be entitled to confiscate any alcohol, weapons or offensive items found in our bags or luggage. There may be bag check at the venue.
