Terms of Agreement

Thank you for choosing The Rollin Pin! The following conditions apply:

•A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order and secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than four (4) days prior to the event. Any changes to the order are subject to availability. Payment can be made via Invoice, Zelle, CashApp or Apple Pay.

•If contract is cancelled, The Rollin Pin will retain the entire deposit amount except for cancellations set forth by The Rollin Pin.

Pick Up/Delivery:

•Delivery is optional and subject to availability and fee to be determined by The Rollin Pin.

•If client elects a representative to pick up and set up the cake, the client assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves The Rollin Pin’s possession.

•Client agrees to pick up order or have a representative available for agreed delivery time. Once the cake is successfully released to the client or their representative The Rollin Pin is no longer responsible for any damages.

•Cakes should be placed on the floor of the car on the passenger side. Please note that the cakes/treats should not be placed in trunk or the seat of the car. It is also not ideal to have the cake held on a lap. Excessive jarring during transportation of the cake due to potholes, road construction, or unseen road conditions or traffic can cause damage the finished product to an unstable or undesirable state.

•Please make arrangements to have your order picked up on time. Any order picked up either earlier or later than agreed time will be subject to a fee of $25 per 30 minutes. Change of pick up date after contract is in place is subject to availability of The Rollin Pin

•Cakes should be kept on a flat surface and out of direct sunlight and heat. Cakes should remained refrigerated or in a cool location until 1 hour prior to serving.

•The Rollin Pin is not responsible for any damage to the cake caused by a guest, caterer, or any other person who is not a representative of The Rollin Pin. Client agrees to make arrangements for an appropriately secure environment for the cake.

•Outdoor Delivery Disclaimer: client understands that The Rollin Pin is not responsible for the condition of products set up outdoors. Due to the effects of outdoor weather conditions wind, sun or other adverse weather conditions it is understood that products such as icings, fillings, cake decorations, etc, may not hold up and cannot be insured past satisfactory delivery.

Disclaimer:

•If for any reason the client is not completely satisfied with the order upon delivery/pickup this must be expressed at that time. Once the cake has been cut or served you will not receive credit or any type of refund. If the client is unavailable their representative can also voice such concerns.

•On most occasions cakes and treats will be photographed for promotion purposes. The Rollin Pin reserves the right to use any photographs without compensation to you.

•Failure to read the terms in its entirety does not void any of the conditions stated.

By sending a deposit, the client and The Rollin Pin agree to the above terms and conditions.
