  • Safety Decals and Pinch Point Warnings are fixed and visual?**
  • Do you have a First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher available?**
  • Are your Windscreens and Mirrors Clean?**
  • Tray / Cabin Housekeeping (no loose items)?**
  • Engine Oil Level Correct?**
  • Engine Water Level Correct?**
  • Windscreen Wiper Water Bottle level?**
  • Fuel level?**
  • Does your Amber Beacon work?**
  • Does your Horn work?**
  • Do your Headlights work?**
  • Do Tail and Brake Lights work?**
  • Do your Reversing Lights & Reversing Alarm (if fitted) work?**
  • Do your Indicators and Hazard Lights work?**
  • Do your Seat Belts work?**
  • Do your Brakes, Including Emergency Brakes work?**
  • Does your Air Conditioning work?**

  • Do not use Equipment if unsafe to do so. If faulty, remove keys, tag out of service, complete a defect form and advise your supervisor. 

  • Perform Weekly Preventative Maintenance
  • Should be Empty:
