The only exception to this is if your sponsor was baptized at St. Patrick, in which case we already have their baptism record. Similarly, if your sponsor received First Communion or Confirmation at St. Patrick, we may have their baptism record on file from that Sacrament. If you believe either of these scenarios to be the case, please indicate so below.
