Submissions should be from the previous calendar year (2024).

Please make sure to click on "send proposal now" at the bottom of the form so that we receive your submission.

These submissions are for your library's promotional materials that are disseminated in both "print" and "digital" format.

"Print" materials: materials that are disseminated as print. Please scan and send these materials and check off as "originally print". Please do not mail your printed materials.

"Electronic" materials: materials that are born digital.

Please send your library's individual promotional items, not the entire library marketing campaign.

Please limit your entries to 5 submissions per library.
