Your appointment in salon will begin with a full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within the week or following week of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 3-4 weeks to be seen. Please understand we have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled after that time frame will be charged 50% of the missed appointment.
