Estimating Group Size (Read Before Registering)
We are able to accommodate up to 30 participants (not including adult chaperones) each day. For groups that are larger than 30 and wish to participate, please register for multiple dates by submitting this form more than once.
1-15 PARTICIPANTS
Based on your number of participants, your group will be paired with one farm educator once at the farm.
You must provide at least 1 adult chaperone who is over the age of 18 and is able to be present for the entirety of the 2 hour program.
The cost of your program is $120.
16-30 PARTICIPANTS
Based on your number of participants, your group will be split into two small groupsf no more than 15 individuals each once at the farm. Each group will be paired with their own farm educator for their tour. These two small groups will do the same activities on the farm but at seperate times and will join back together at the end of the 2 hours.
You must provide at least 2 adult chaperones, 1 per small group, who are over the age of 18 and are able to be present for the entirety of the 2 hour program.
The cost of your program is $200.

Please select from the available dates below. All Summer Farm Tours are held from 10:00am-12:00pm on Monday-Friday during the summer months. If you would like to extend your visit, you are welcome to stay for lunch or self-guided exploration after the program ends at no extra charge!
If you need to sign up for more than one date, please fill out a new registration form for each date.
Chaperone Agreement
I understand and agree that I am in charge of ensuring I have the correct number of adult (18+) chaperones present for the entirety of our 2 hour program.
Groups with 1-15 participants: You are required to provide at least one chaperone.
Groups with 16-30 participants: You are required to provide at least two chaperones.
Cancellation and Participant Number Policy
I understand that refunds less than 30 days before your program date are not provided except in the case that Gorman Heritage Farm cancels the program. Programs run rain or shine.
I understand that any changes in participant number that put us over the 15 individuals we registered for must be communicated to Gorman Heritage Farm at education@gormanfarm.org at least one full week in advance of the program in order to be accommodated and that I will have to pay an additional $80 fee to accommodate a group larger than 15 participants.
I understand that any changes in participant numbers that puts us outside of the 16-30 participants we are registered for must be communicated to Gorman Heritage Farm at education@gormanfarm.org according to the time constraints outlined below:
Participant numbers over 30 may not be accommodated and are at the discretion of Gorman Heritage Farm. If you suspect that you will have over 30 individuals wanting to join, this must be communicated no later than 1 full week in advance of your program in order for Gorman Heritage Farm to consider making an exception.
Participant numbers under 16 may recieve a reimbursement of the $80 paid for a second group only if the change is communicated at least 5 days in advance of the program.
