Please fill out this form in full. This is a highly competitive scholarship, thus thoughtful responses should be provided. It is mandatory that attendees participate in the entirety of the EEI and general conference in order to receive this scholarship award.

MONDAY, JUNE 9th
- Attendees are expected to arrive by 2pm on Monday, June 9th for their
  - EEI icebreaker session.This will be followed by a reception for the DI, EEI, and MOBTS Board of Directors to meet and greet.
  - Following the reception, the EEI cohort will proceed to dinner with their cohort and EEI leadership.
TUESDAY, JUNE 10th
- The EEI workshop will then run all day on Tuesday, June 10th, leading into the MOBTS 2025 Opening Dinner & Session
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11th - FRIDAY, JUNE 13th
- General conference programming
The EEI scholarship award will cover all associated on-campus costs with the preconference and general conference (on-campus housing, pre-conference receptions and meals, general conference meals, general conference receptions, and conference fees).

If you cannot attend the entirety of these events, please do not apply for the scholarship award.
