To ensure the best experience for participants, MOBTS will select candidates who will be a good fit for the programming offered within the DI. Those best suited for the DI are participants who are not yet on the job market, but have completed enough of their doctoral program to be ready to start thinking about preparing for the job market. Please note that applicants may be selected that do not neatly fit into this criteria.
