Christmas Friendship Dinner - Form received by 12/23 will receive priority
At least 1 person needs to be HOMEBOUND. Meals will be provided for the entire family and gifts will be provided for the children. We are unable to honor requests for customized meals. We are sorry, but specific times cannot be scheduled.

Meals will be delivered between 10:00am and 1:00pm on Christmas Day, December 25th. Call 907-631-9776 with questions, or if you have not received your meal by 1:00pm on Christmas Day. Please Submit only one form for the family request.
