  • CODE OF CONDUCT

    The following behaviours are expected to be adhered by all players, officials and spectators
    at all times:


    1. Act respectfully towards other members of the club, visitors, spectators &
    officials.


    2. Violent behaviour towards any players, coaches, officials & spectators is
    unacceptable.


    3. Any abusive and/or unacceptable language will not be tolerated. Do not engage
    in verbal or physical abuse or bullying (in person, on club premises, and online)


    4. Refrain from behaviour that may unfairly affect an opponent or other players,
    offend spectators or bring the sport into disrepute, such as offensive language,
    throwing your bat, deliberately breaking the ball or hitting it out of the playing
    area, kicking or hitting the table or any disrespect towards match officials.


    5. Refrain from excessive noise or other distractions such as excessive
    celebrations, yelling out, or coaching during rallies.


    6. Treat everyone with dignity and respect to ensure that the Club remains free
    from discrimination, sexual harassment, and victimisation.


    7. Intoxication or any influence of illegal drug substances on club premises is
    strictly prohibited.


    8. Any behaviours both inside and outside, or online, may result Hot Shot Table
    Tennis Club into disrepute in the community or surroundings, membership
    cancellations, and/or a temporary or permanent ban/suspension from playing
    at the club.


    9. Players must ensure all club equipment and facilities are treated with utmost
    care and respect. Any loss or damage to club equipment will be subject to the
    player’s responsibility.


    10.Photographs & videos may be taken during club sessions. Please advise us if
    you do not wish to be photographed and/or publicised.


    Breaches of the Code of Conduct may be reported and lead to consequential
    actions such as disciplinary sanctions including, but not restricted to,
    temporary or permanent suspension or expulsion from the Club
