Leadership Hermosa Beach’s Class of 2022 call for entries for “Boards Across Hermosa” — a beach-life inspired cultural identity project, partnering with local artists who will create unique artwork on surfboards that visually represent our community’s active lifestyles. Art will be displayed throughout Hermosa Beach at local businesses this spring and auctioned off this summer.

Eligible: Local Artists with a connection to Hermosa Beach ▪ Entry Deadline: February 25 ▪ Selection Announcement: February 28 ▪ Boards will be provided to artists unless they prefer to supply their own ▪ Art Completion Deadline: April 1 ▪ Spring: Boards will be displayed throughout Hermosa ▪ Summer: Boards are auctioned, artists receive net proceeds from their own work ▪
