By checking each of the boxes below, Vendor understands and acknowledges that:
this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations shall become a binding agreement between the parties ONLY upon ProfitCannon Marketing sending Vendor an Offer E-mail and Vendor’s acceptance of ProfitCannon Marketing's Offer by paying the Booth Fee in accordance with instructions set out in the Offer E-mail (the “Binding Conditions“);
the Booth is not confirmed until Vendor receives a Confirmation E-mail from ProfitCannon Marketing; and
there are no refunds or transfers for any reason.
ProfitCannon Marketing reserves the right to cancel, and/or postpone the date and time of the event prior to the scheduled event time in the event of an act of God or any outside cause that prevents the event from being held. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation or rescheduling, ProfitCannon Marketing will issue a refund or provide a credit for future use.
