MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that BRIA Photography LLC may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by BRIA WHEELER, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to alter the images I receive in any way shape or form and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion & delivered shots will not include all images taken during the session. BRIA WHEELER reserves the right to edit and release images deemed credible as professional in quality. Editing style will reflect my current portfolio & will not change due to the client’s preference. Client is aware that not every photograph will be perfect & will not hold the photographer accountable for personal opinions the client may have about images received. Sessions are non refundable after photoshoot is complete. Raw unedited images are not included in your session. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session for the print of images, along with high resolution digital files. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.

I understand & agree that BRIA WHEELER will not make any adjustments or editing to my gallery AFTER it is downloaded.

I understand that after 30 days my online gallery may be removed to make space so it is my own responsibility to download all the images in my gallery prior or I might lose access to them.

I understand that if BRIA WHEELER is unable to attend a session for any reason (sickness, emergency, car failure) she will provide a qualified replacement. If a replacement photographer is not available, a refund then will be permitted & only then.

TURNAROUND TIME: I understand & agree that editing is a time consuming process which requires a 7-14 business day turnaround time. Business days do not include weekends, holidays or vacation time. Business days consist of Monday-Friday. For sessions that need to be delivered in less then 7 business days, I will require a $50 rush fee.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until payment is received unless discussed otherwise. Payment is non refundable once received. Weather cancellations will be made at BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC discretions. I also understand that my remaining payment is due the week before my session. If the remaining payment is not received & neither is a response, I forfeit my slot & I will not be refunded my retainer. Same day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations will not be refunded but given a session credit towards a future session.

TARDINESS: I understand that BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC is not responsible for clients who show up late for their timed session. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session. Photographer will use the time remaining in the session for the slot or client can use the payment made towards another session in the future. Client may only use one option. If I arrive after my session time I will not be refunded or rescheduled.

BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC is not liable for missed photos due to lateness of the client. Client agrees to arrive 10-15 minutes early for last minute preparations & to check in to make sure readiness for the shoot is complete. Any last minute preparations like hair, makeup or clothing will need to be done before your session not during unless previously discussed! Extra time will not be permitted & you will be considered late if not ready to start your session at the selected time slot.

BRIA WHEELER Photography LLC is not responsible for inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs, a reschedule date will be selected. If the date is not convenient to your calendar, you will be given a credit towards a future session. A refund will not be permitted.

I understand that it is my responsibility to verify the address to my session ahead of time for an accurate arrival time.

To ensure a professional, distraction free environment & the highest quality results, only individuals who are being photographed may attend the session unless prior written approval has been granted by the photographer. additional family members, friends or guests are not permitted to attend or remain at the session location. Guests may not take photographs, videos, screenshots or behind the scenes content during the session without the photographer’s express permission. unauthorized photography & videography can create distractions, interfere with the photographer’s workflow & impact the overall quality & efficiency of the session. BRIA WHEELER reserves the right to ask any unauthorized guest to leave the session location. failure to comply may result in the session being paused or terminated without refund.
