    Hello! We are glad to have you as our pork customers! Please fill out this form, making your selections based on how your family would like your pork custom processed. To help give you an idea of how much your meat will cost, custom processing involves two separate fees: the farm fee and the butcher fee. The fees are based on the animal's hanging weight (the weight of the hog after it has been dressed, but before it has been cut, packaged and frozen). Our farm charges $3.50/pound and our butcher (Miltona Meats) charges for the various types of processing (grinding, smoking, curing, etc.) that are requested. The butcher fee is estimated to be around $150/half and $300/whole. A half hog will be around 100 pounds hanging weight, and a whole hog around 200 pounds hanging weight.
