Unified Robotics Coordinator Information

Who can be a UR Coordinator?
A school faculty member who has a passion for inclusion and working with students with intellectual or developmental disabilities and is eager to learn more about leading a team and enriching his/her experience.

What are the UR advisor's responsibilities?
The main point of contact between the school & SO UAE.
Acting as a mentor for the team members, guiding them in the
processes of selecting, executing and tracking their projects

Team Requirements:

Unified Robotics Team Categories	Primary (ages 8-11)
	Secondary (ages 12+)
Number of Students	4 students
Team members	2 athletes (student with ID/DD)
	2 unified partners (students without ID/DD)
Each school can register more than one team, as long as each team has a different coach/mentor.
Each team must have an adult mentor (UR Coordinator) who accepts responsibility for coaching the students in preparation for competition and maintaining communication with SO UAE.
Schools may not substitute teams after the student roster registration deadline.
