Thank you for taking the time to fill out my puppy application. Submitting this application does not mean a puppy or an appointment is guaranteed. We may not have a puppy that fits your lifestyle at this time. Answering these questions truthfully makes it easier to match you with a puppy of your dreams that best fits you and or your family’s lifestyle.

Do you currently have any other animals? If so, please tell us more about them. If not, tell us why you feel you are prepared to add one to your family?

Tell us about your housing situation, do you own, rent, is it a house, apartment, etc.?

Tell us more about yourself and or family including any children in the home and ages. Things such as your interest, lifestyle etc. and anything else to help us make sure you're a good fit for our pups.

Will you be the primary caretaker of the puppy? If not, who will be? Tell us about the primary caretakers work schedule and if they travel a lot? What plans do they have in place for caring for their puppy while they are at work or traveling?

You understand that our puppies are for pets only and are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract and agree to spay/neuter by 1 year of age? Depending on size/age the puppy may already be spayed/neutered at the time of pickup per the breeders discretion.

You are certain that every adult within your household is 100% on board with adopting a puppy at this time?

Puppies start at $4,000 which includes a non refundable deposit of $350. Price can vary depending on size, color, coat, pedigree and temperament. You can put down the deposit of $350 to hold the puppy of your choice or to join the waitlist.

We beleive training is essential for dogs and puppies and is the key to them being successful family companions. Please tell us what your plans are for training your new puppy.

Tell us how familiar you are with the grooming needs and expenses of a Poodle? Are you willing to learn and are you prepared for this additional expense?
