Armani's Way in collaboration with Genesis Youth Services, SEVENfor7 and Florida Fire Football reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems including but not limited to any material related to this event. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organizations, Light Up Broward, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property, personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person. Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.
No tents or canopies will be allowed that are more than 10x10. If any are larger than this size will have to be removed or you will forfiet your space at the event. This will be an outdoor event. All vendors and sponsors are expected to promote the event to the best of their ability utilizing all social media platforms, public speaking engagements, promotional airtime, etc.
Payment:
-We will make every attempt, to not book a vendor similar to you.
-All spots for vendors are first come, first serve.
-No spot is confirmed until full payment is made.
-Payments are accepted via Cashier's Check, Credit/Debit Card and Cash.
