ATTENTION: The state of Rhode Island requires all tattoo artists to hold an active professional license, bloodborne pathogens training certification, and CPR certification; if you do not possess one or more of these, you must obtain them prior to starting your guest artist position (we can assist you with obtaining the necessary licensure/certification); for more information, please visit the RI Department of Health website at https://health.ri.gov/licenses/detail.php?id=214
