    This is a simple agreement to trial our Testapower products on consignment for 45 days. By checking these boxes you are agreeing to our terms - should you have any questions please contact your account manager or 1800 100 007

  • 1 / The owner / manager acknowledges consignment stock is the responsibility of the business owner in the event of any theft or damages.

    2/ After the 45 day trial period has ended and you are pleased with the results, you can simply make a payment for the initial consignment stock promotion and continue to re-order stock online or through your account manager.

    3 / Should you, for any reason, wish to return the merchandise stand and any stock, please contact us at Testapower and we will arrange for your account manger or courier to collect it from you.

    Please Note:

    The acrylic merchandise stand is the property of Testapower. No stock other than Testapower stock is allowed to be displayed in our stands. If Testapower's merchandise stand is used for any other purpose then Testapower will consider that as passing off and a breach of our agreement, and the stand will be immediately removed. If it is proven that the stand has been deliberately damaged or goes missing, the store will be charged for the replacement.

    To qualify for a merchandising stand, please take one or two photos showing us where they will be located. Merchandising stands take up a small footprint (260d x 460h x 300w) and are manufactured to be placed at checkout for impulse sales, if you intend on hanging the products behind the counter or somewhere in the general store than a merchandising stand is not required. Please note if there is any concern of theft products can be easily removed leaving just the gift box packaging. Testapower products come in a plastic sleeve and a opened bottom box that can be removed leaving just the colourful box on display.
