One Stop Meeting Form

One Stop Meetings are a helpful and convenient way for City of Reading residents, business owners, and developers to better understand the steps involved in getting a project approved.

These meetings bring together several City departments at once, making it easier for you to get clear guidance, ask questions, and move your project forward with confidence.

One Stop Meetings are being held only on Thursday mornings at City Hall. Depending on your project, you may meet with representatives from Zoning, Planning, Historic Preservation, Building & Trades, the Fire Marshal’s Office, and other City departments will attend as needed, depending on the specifics of your project.

To begin the process, please complete the One Stop Meeting Request Form below.

A plan or sketch of your project is required for us to continue scheduling your One Stop Meeting.

This helps our team understand your project and ensures the right departments are present.

After you submit the required materials, a City representative will contact you to set up your appointment.

If available, please include any supplemental materials that can help us better understand your project.

These may include Sketch Plan, Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevation Plans, Mechanical Plans, Electrical Plans, Plumbing Plans, Photographs, Product or Equipment Specifications.
