What kind of services do you need for your pets in general? Low maintenance haircuts, baths only, long and fluffy, breed specific styles?
No shows, last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or continual re-scheduling are subject to a $50 fee per pet. No shows and last minute cancellations may be required to leave a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold their next appointments as well. We understand and work with emergencies and special situations. But to keep our prices low, and appointments available to those who truly want them we must enforce our policies. Cancellations must be made over the phone at 636-748-2119, before the 24 hour window. We groom based on a rotating schedule. This means we do all drop offs by appointment in the morning. As dogs come in, they start with their deep cleaning baths, then go to an extra large kennel with warm towels to finish air drying and to relax while the next pup starts their bath. Depending on the time of your pet's appointment, their coat and size, and the other dogs scheduled for that day your pet's grooming appointment can take most of the day. Our normal time estimate is 4-5 hours, this may be faster, or longer depending on the day. Also we keep prompt appointment drop off times. Please note we cannot take your pet before their scheduled appointment time, and we cannot take your pet if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment. We are also still doing curbside services at this time. We have found that the dogs are calmer in the shop while being groomed without strangers coming and going through the doors all day. This also provides more safety to our employees, and the dogs in our care, including our training dogs who might be working on human fears as well. We also typically groom dogs with special needs that require all hands on deck. We hope that you agree that the safety of the pets in our care is the top priority.
