St. Joseph Alumni Association Scholarship
Purpose

The St Joseph Alumni Association Scholarships are given to students in grades 9-12 who will be or are attending SJCA. The Alumni Association will fund two $1000 scholarships. One of the scholarships will be awarded to a relative of a St. Joseph Alumnus. The money will be applied to the student’s tuition at SJCA.

Eligibility
- Demonstrate strong Christian-centered values and a desire to pursue a Catholic education.
- Maintain good academic standing.
Scholarship Requirements
- Be registered at St. Joseph Catholic Academy for the upcoming school year.
- Write and attach a no less than 100 words essay (see essay prompt below)
- Complete a SJCA Financial Aid form in a timely manner, as required by the Admissions Office. (Financial need will be taken into account by the scholarship committee.)
- Provide a copy of your most recent report card.
- Provide contact information for two references.
Selection Process

The Scholarship Award Selection Committee will review applications. Scholarship money will be sent directly to St. Joseph Catholic Academy to be applied to the recipient’s tuition.

All relevant documents must submitted together by March 16, 2025 with the scholarship application to be considered complete.

*Scholarships that are awarded may only be used towards billable tuition. Scholarships may not be used for fees or other charges which include but are not limited to hot lunch, athletics or clubs fees and books. Students that recieve a scholarship and are later awarded a Wisconsin Parental Choice seat will forfeit their scholarship.*

*All scholarship recipients are required to submit an impact statement that reflects on their experiences and the benefits of the scholarship. This statement must be submitted no later than May 1, 2025, as part of the scholarship agreement.*
