This form is for when an owner wants Revolution to pay their property tax bill from their account with us. Please note that Revolution can only issue payment if the money is available in your account, so be sure to deposit funds if your account does not have enough money to cover the bill. Please also be aware that Revolution cannot be responsible for any interest or late fees charged by the tax collector if the bill and the money are not received well in advance of the tax due date.

CAUTION: If you have multiple properties with Revolution, you can only submit one tax bill at a time using this form. You will need to submit a separate form for each property tax bill.
