91st NARC Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony Information Form
This form must be completed by a Cluster Coordinator or a Chapter Basileus, i.e. the Basileus of the chapter with responsibility to perform the Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony for a deceased soror.

This form will be accepted for sorors who transitioned between March 24, 2021 and March 28, 2022. Please submit no later than March 28, 2022 for name and photograph to be included in the 2022 North Atlantic Regional Conference Ivy Beyond the Wall Tribute Sorors who become Ivy Beyond the Wall after March 28 please email the information to be included in the video tribute.
