Purpose
The Jacoby Rutkowski Memorial Scholarship is endowed annually by his family to provide financial aid to K-8th Grade SJCA students. The family of Jacoby (Jake) Richard Rutkowski recognizes the value of a Catholic education and wishes to extend a minimum of one annual scholarship for deserving students to attend St. Joseph Catholic Academy.
For the 2025-26 school year, the scholarship funds will be dispersed as follows:
1-$500 Scholarship for a SJCA Lower Campus Elementary School Student (Grades K-5) and and 1-$500 Scholarships for a SJCA Middle School Students (Grades 6-8)
Eligibility
- Display appropriate citizenship, attitude and academic commitment befitting a Catholic school student.
- Be a member of a family who perseveres (possibly through illness, death, financial hardship, etc.) in order to provide a high quality Catholic education for their child.
Scholarship Requirements
- Be registered at SJCA as an Elementary Student (K-5th Grade) or Middle School Student (6th-8th Grade) for the 25-26 school year.
- Complete a SJCA Financial Aid form in a timely manner, as required by the Admissions Office. (Financial need will be taken into account by the scholarship committee.)
- Submit essay statement

All relevant documents must submitted together by March 16, 2025 with the scholarship application to be considered complete.
*Scholarships that are awarded may only be used towards billable tuition. Scholarships may not be used for fees or other charges which include but are not limited to hot lunch, athletics or clubs fees and books. Students that recieve a scholarship and are later awarded a Wisconsin Parental Choice seat will forfeit their scholarship.*
