    • What is your landlord/lessor name(s)?

Your landlord/lessor is the party or parties that you rent from. A residential tenancy agreement creates a contractual relationship between you and your landlord. This could be the owner, it could be the operator of the caravan park, it could be your community housing provider.

Your real estate agent or property manager is NOT your landlord.

Please note: Circle Green cannot provide you with legal assistance until you provide the name of your landlord.

    • You can find the name of your landlord:

      • on your residential tenancy agreement (as the Lessor)
      • on a bond lodgement receipt
      • on court documents
      • by asking your Real Estate Agent or Property Manager
