    This form is to accept or decline a commission agreement between your company and WSY for manufacturing of apparel and accessory products based off of your works of art at a commission rate of 30% of the profit.
  • Do you give We See You Art& Poetry permission to reproduce select artworks for manufacturing by King's Prints Production, for a 30% commission rate to be paid out based on the selected payment terms*

  • You agree to the above terms that said artists/company has selected. Signing enters your said company into a commission contract with We See You Art & Poetry to be paid out at your discretion. Sign,print, and date if you accept.
