The submission of this booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation, but merely an expression of interest. If an application is successful, you will be contacted by Riverbend Bible Church (RBC) and an agreement will be entered into. If your group breaks the terms of this agreement, the booking may be terminated.

Riverbend hosts a variety of groups that use our property throughout the week, so each group will only have access to the indoor or outdoor space(s) they have booked. Each space must be booked separately. When booking a space, please do not assume that you have access to the entire camp. If additional space is needed, a request must be made with the Riverbend staff, and we will try to accommodate you and invoice for the additional space. Each group must respect the quiet enjoyment of other groups onsite, meaning that reasonable respect for the peace, comfort and privacy of others is expected.

We do not provide catering, but we recommend Pure Catering who have catered for many groups on our facilities and are familiar with the place.
