How our Classes Operate:
Melbourne Gymnastics Centre Pty Ltd trading as Melbourne Gymnastics Centre Pty Ltd (MGC) operates payment on a direct debit system (Ezidebit), taking payment every two weeks in advance. Families can opt to pay for 24 weeks in advance via credit card, cash or bank transfer should they not wish to sign up for direct debit.

Our classes run year-round, including during school holidays. Bookings are ongoing unless you cancel or suspend with minimum 2 calendar weeks’ prior written notice provided to MGC. Provided 2 full weeks’ prior notice is received, there will be no cancellation fee. Otherwise, you will be charged regardless of whether you attend classes. The only days we are closed are during 4 weeks of the summer holidays and any Melbourne public holidays.

1-3 & 3-5 year old classes are parent assisted. We recommend a drop off and pick up of all children aged 4 years +. There is a small waiting area in the foyer of the building however parents, or siblings are not able to spectate from within the gym during class.

Annual Membership/Insurance is valid from signup date to 31st Dec yearly:

Charged Pro Rata based on which school term you enrol from: Term 1 = Jan through Mar, Term 2 = Apr through Jun, Term 3 = Jul through Sep & Term 4 = Oct through Dec

Recreational Pre & 1 to 4 $23.00 per class ($46 fortnightly debit)
Recreational Level 5-6 $26.00 per class ($52 fortnightly debit) Recreational Level 7-9 (Gymstar Rec) & Gym4Me $30.00 per class ($60 fortnightly debit)
