Please note that booking is subject to room availability and upon receiving the Student Village Room Confirmation (SVRC). For Standard Plus room options, air-conditioning (A/C) usage is “charge as per usage”. You are deemed to have agreed that monthly A/C charges will be share equally with your roommate for residents in Standard Plus Twin (Sharing with A/C).
