  • ORDER REQUEST

    Thank you for choosing Gymnast Mode! Please fill out this form to place your order. Once your order request is received, you will be contacted via E-mail with a confirmation, clarification, pricing and payment information, and any stocking issues that may arise. Please allow 3-5 business days for production from receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted in E-mail communications. Production will not begin until payment has been received and processed. Please know that each order is custom made, and hand pressed or ironed on. Slight imperfections may occur. There will be no refunds unless proof of item being received broken can be provided. Exchanges may be allowed if apparel was ordered in the wrong size and doesn't fit. Due to factors out of my control, certain colors and sizes may not be readily available, I will do my best to find a replacement for your approval. (Ex: if Small Black Hoodies are unavailable, I may be able to find it as a different brand... though this may also change the price of the item.) This customization is included at no extra cost. You can also upgrade any design to Glitter, Foil, or Holographic vinyl for just $5!
