Only employees named on the vehicle’s insurance policy can drive company vehicles.
Vehicles are for business use only. No passengers without management approval.
Employees must log all mileage daily.
Report moving violations, accidents, noises, dents, or defects to management immediately.
Drive courteously; company vehicles represent the organization.
Obey traffic signs and speed limits.
Drivers must pay for any traffic or parking violations.
Do not exceed the posted speed limit or 65 mph.
Do not leave keys in an unattended vehicle.
Fuel cards are for emergency use only and must be reported if lost or stolen.
Misuse can lead to termination.
Return the vehicle to the company at the end of your shift unless authorized by management.
Do not make calls or text while driving; park the vehicle first.
No smoking in the vehicle.
Keep the vehicle clean and remove all gear and trash at the end of your shift.
If you need to borrow a car:
In an emergency, you can borrow a Kia for up to 3 days, maximum of 5. Beyond 5 days, rent it for $10/day. Keep it clean and refill any gas used.
