I have received and understood Miami International Language Academy – MILA ORLANDO’s student orientation provided by the MILA DSO detailing immigration rules about vacation, attendance, medical excuses, and travel outside the USA.

I know that it is my responsibility to stay in compliance with the policies and that if I do not maintain compliance my I-20 is in danger of being terminated without notice.

I understand that if I move, I MUST update my current living address. I also understand that if I am sick, I must immediately contact the DSO to arrange to provide appropriate medical documentation of my absence(s).

I understand that I have received guidance, instructions, and overall information regarding my program, my level, grading, and testing procedures to successfully progress throughout the program.

Finally, I understand that I am responsible for following the procedures and policies of MILA ORLANDO. If any policies or procedures change, I understand that I will be notified by email and that it is my responsibility to check my email to ensure that I am aware of the changes.
