Encounter seeks to catalyze a changed Jewish communal engagement with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. To that end we are primarily focused on high-level senior Jewish professional and volunteer leaders, with a demonstrated track record of commitment to Jewish communal life and to engagement with Israel and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
