By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I am serving only as a temporary foster caregiver for the animal identified in this agreement for the duration approved by EarthMother Rescue. 2. I understand and agree that legal ownership of this animal remains solely with EarthMother Rescue at all times while the animal is in foster care. 3. I understand that I have no ownership rights to the animal and may not sell, give away, transfer, abandon, breed, euthanize, or otherwise permanently place the animal without the prior written approval of EarthMother Rescue. 4. I will not authorize or make any medical, surgical, behavioral, or end-of-life decisions without the express permission of EarthMother Rescue, except in the event of an immediate life-threatening emergency when rescue personnel cannot be reached. In such cases, I will seek emergency veterinary care and notify EarthMother Rescue as soon as reasonably possible. 5. I agree to return the animal to EarthMother Rescue immediately upon request or at the end of the agreed foster period, unless a written extension has been approved by the rescue. 6. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in the immediate removal of the animal and termination of my ability to foster for EarthMother Rescue. I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all terms of this Foster Agreement.
