Homeowner Warranty Request
This warranty request will only address items that have CHANGED since the final walk through prior to closing. Anything that would have been evident on the pre-closing walk through will NOT be repaired. Warranty Requests may be submitted 30 days after closing and 11 months after closing. Emergency items only will be handled outside of 30 days and 11 months. Any repairs will be made based on recommendations from the National Association of Home Builders Residential Construction Performance Guidelines Sixth Edition. ANY REQUESTS SUBMITTED MORE THAN 12 MONTHS AFTER CLOSING WILL NOT BE COVERED. If the repair item is anything covered by manufacturer warranty (ie: appliances, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, roof) please contact installer in your homeowner manual immediately. Do not contact Maves Construction for these repair items unless you have difficulties contacting the subcontractor directly. Warranty repair hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. Please be prepared to make arrangements for our project manager(s) to have access to the home between these hours to coordinate any subcontractors.
