La Vida Expedition Arrival and Departure Details Form

When and where should I arrive?
You may choose to arrive at Gordon's campus the night before your expedition begins or the morning the expedition starts. If you are flying into Boston, we provide a shuttle from the airport to the Gordon College Campus, and we provide housing the evening before the trip starts.

Alternatively, you can be picked up at one of our three stops along the way to La Vida's Base Camp in NY, or use your own transportation to arrive directy at Base camp in Lake Clear, NY.

Keep the following dates in mind as you fill out this form.
Please also read through the Course Packet for specific details about arrivals and departures, before you book any flights or plan your transportation.

If you chose 'Boston Logan Airport (afternoon before trip)' or 'Gordon College (evening before trip)' for your Arrival Location, your Arrival Date should be THE DAY BEFORE the expedition begins. All other Arrival Dates should be the first day of the expedition (see above for expedition dates).
