I appreciate the opportunity to assist you in finding your next home. Once your questionnaire is submitted, please be prepared to provide the following documents if you decide to move forward with a property:

• Four (4) most recent pay stubs or bank statements
• A copy of your driver's license or government-issued ID
• Property application fee (if required by the property)
• $150 application processing fee (due upon lease signing and/or occupancy)

Please note that every rental application is subject to approval by the property owner or management company. Owners have the right to approve or deny any applicant at their discretion, and Elite Realty Partners agents are not responsible for denied applications. If one property does not work out, we will continue searching for other options that meet your needs.

A $150 application processing fee is required for each application and covers the application review and processing required to determine rental eligibility.

Please note that this fee is not due at the time of application submission. An invoice will be provided separately, and payment will be due upon occupancy of the property.

All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older are required to complete a background and credit screening. A separate screening link will be provided to each adult applicant to complete the required screening.
