2022 Tom Hoge / RSM Birdies Fore Love Grant Form
The Northern Texas PGA Foundation is excited to announce a new partnership with PGA TOUR winner, Tom Hoge as he supports junior golf in conjunction with the RSM Birdies Fore Love grant program. This partnership will identify young people in the Northern Texas area who have a passion for the game of golf, but lack the financial means to join the Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour. The Tom Hoge Birdies for Love Grant provides funds for junior golfers to cover the cost of Northern Texas PGA Junior Tour membership as well as tournament entry fees. Funds are limited and applications are need based.

Eligible juniors must complete the below form. Once it is completed, an NTPGA staff member will review all submissions and award Junior Tour membership and tournament credit to select applicants. Please email Alexa Boutwell at aboutwell@ntpga.com with any questions.
