The Board duties is knowing the organization's mission, programs, policies, needs, and securing adequate resources to advance the Ace 2 Deuce CTA/NJTL's mission. Assessing the effects of management decisions on all stakeholders (if applicable). All members must attend meetings (in-person/Zoom) and participating actively. Keeping up with issues and trends that affect the organization. Adopting sound governance and financial management policies will be important for the organziations growth for years to come.
Part of the requirements to serve on the Ace2Deuce CTA Board is to raise or give $200 a year and to attend at least one in-person meeting a year along with monthly meeting calls. Will this be a conflict for you?*

Committee duties is to work together with the Board on specific topics or questions and report back to the board with recommendations and also follow what has been set and abide by the board. Ace 2 Deuce Community Tennis Association/NJTL is organized and run by a dedicated group of volunteers and staff who want to make a positive change in the Jackson communities through the sport of tennis. The organization offers volunteering opportunities all year round.

Junior Advisory Board acts as a point of contact for adults and juniors to express themselves in an open and frank way. The junior advisory board then gathers and identifies trends in concerns, questions, and interests to have solution-oriented discussions with senior leadership. Conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports on relevant topics and go out into the community to help recruit to help grow our programs.
