SCREENING PROCESS - Minor Hockey Associations and District Associations are required to submit their Screening Process to BC Hockey prior to membership approval. Associations can upload and submit the documentation with this application or the documentation can be submitted at a later date to the BC Hockey office. Please note your membership will not be approved until the Screening Process is received.

CONSTITUTION, BYLAWS, AND REGULATIONS - All applicants are required to submit their Constitution, Bylaws and Regulations as verification for Bylaw 203; this can be uploaded below. Please note your membership will not be approved until the Constitution, Bylaws, and Regulations are received. Above Minor teams that are privately owned are required to submit a declaration of their ownership structure and to confirm that the club does not have a Constitution, Bylaws and Regulations document in place.
