FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Training – NCAR Scholarship Application
Our FAA Drone Pilot Training Program is designed to inspire and equip the next generation of drone professionals.
Through a partnership between GRADD and the National Championship Air Races (NCAR), we are offering 50 full scholarships for high school students in Roswell and surrounding areas to earn their FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
These scholarships include lifetime access to GRADD’s respected and professionally recognized Part 107 Academy—featuring comprehensive online study resources, live weekly training sessions, and the cost of the official FAA exam for the top 10 performers.
The FAA Part 107 Commercial Pilot credential opens doors to high-demand careers in drone operations, from aerial surveying and agriculture to film production, real estate, and public safety. With drones now playing a vital role across industries, these scholarships give local students a head start into a rapidly expanding field.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Must be a current high school student in Roswell or surrounding areas
- Must be nominated by your school
- Attend all live weekly online sessions and participate in weekly interactive quizzes
- Only the top 10 students will receive the $175 FAA exam fee scholarship
