Due to the delicate nature of our boxes, we are currently only able to offer a hand delivery service within a 15 mile radius of KT15 3LX and this will incur an additional £4.95 delivery charge per order.

or by calling us on 07956 685842. We are continually looking to extend our reach and so there might be a possibility that we can accomodate your request.
At this time, we are offering delivery & collection service on each of the following dates:
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMINGS?
A. Deliveries are made between 10am-5pm.
We are unable to offer specific delivery time. Please ensure you add the correct delivery address as we cannot leave any boxes/platters unattended outdoors. Alternatively, we can leave your order with a neighbour, please ensure to add this information in the 'additional notes' box. We will not be held responsible for your order when delivered to a neighbour.
We always aim to deliver within our delivery window given however, during busier periods or if other external factors play a part e.g weather or traffic delays, deliveries may take a little longer.
Q. HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD LAST?
A. Once an order has been fulfilled and delivered by us, grazing boxes will last up to 3 days providing correctly stored and refrigerated at correct temperatures (between 0-5 °C)
Q. DO YOU PROVIDE REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS?
A. Yes! Instructions will be included in your Graze Box along with a full ingredients list.
Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES EACH BOX FEED?
A. Each box will feed between 4-6 people - obivously depending on how hungry you are but bear in mind that our boxes are designed for grazing!
Q. ARE YOU FULLY INSURED, AND DO YOU HOLD RELEVANT FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATES?
A. Yes! We are fully insured, and all staff have the relevant food hygiene certification - so you're in good hands. We are also in receipt of a 5 Star food hygiene rating.
Q. HOW DO I ORDER?

A. Yes! There is an option for you to add a message when you place your order.
Q. WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
A. In the first instance, please contact us and we can discuss further. If you have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:
Cereals containing gluten (including Wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
Q. DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
A. We do not offer any refunds for cancellations made by the customer. All our boxes are made fresh on the day of delivery and are perishable goods. We can offer change of date if enough notice is given (minimum of 3 days) and if there is availability for the requested date. If an order needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19 issues, the above still applies.
