Before you begin: This form will ask you for the Names, Contact Information, RV Type, RV length, and Arrival/Departure Dates for every person in the group.
It might help to have this information together before you start the form.
However, if you need to gather more information and finish the form later, you are able to save your progress repeatedly until you're ready to submit.
A link will be sent to your email that you can use to access the form at any time.
The form must be completed and submitted at least 30 days before your arrival date to ensure we have enough sites for you.
1. Check-In: Check-in is at 2 PM. No Early Check-ins Wagon Master will be responsible for all reservations and deposits except for individually booked sites (RVs 36' 1" or more)
2. Payment: Balance due must be paid one day prior to departure. A single Payment (Check, Cash, or Credit Card) is requred for camping charges.
3. Holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day all require a 3 night minimum stay.
4. Site Assignments: Club summary is due one month prior to arrival date. Smithwoods reserves the right to adjust sites for the needs of all our guests. (This form can be saved repeatedly until you are ready to submit)
5. Additional Nights: Additional nights are based on site availability and may require a separate reservation and/or a different site.
6. Pets: No charge when camping with a club. There is a pet charge for visitors. No Pit bulls, Pit mix, or aggressive dogs.
7. Visitors: Day guests must register and pay at the office before entry to the campground. Day guest fee is currently $5.00 per person.
8. Lodge: Limited Availability. Request dates, time, and purpose. Stove/Oven use is not available.
9. Camper Info: We need to have a customer record for all campers. This means we need the following for each member: Name(s), address, phone number, email, rig type, rig size and number of slides.

10. Measurements: RVs will be measured and if the RV is larger than reported, we may not have a site to accomodate it.
There is limited availability of sites for larger RVs
We suggest you let these individuals know early to call and book a site. They should let us know that they are a member of your group.
We may not have available sites for all of your Big Rigs.
If we do have availability, the site may not be in the same areas as your smaller rigs.
Big Rigs are booked and charged like a regular camper. Payment is due upon Check-in.
Big Rigs are charged the Big Foot price, pay for extra people/cars, and pets.
