Junior Leader Application Form
We're really excited that you are thinking about becoming a Junior Leader on Compass Camps. The Junior Leader programme is aimed at young adults aged 18-20 who want to share God’s love with the campers.

We provide additional training for our Junior Leaders in things like how to run a bible study, how to plan a game and much more. We have a leaflet all about the Junior Leader Programme which may answer some questions that you have about it - click here for the leaflet. If you are interested in becoming a Junior Leader at our summer camp, please complete the following application form. This is a way for us to find out a little more about you, find out whether we think the Junior Leader programme is a good match for you, and to plan how we can best train and support you through the Junior Leader programme. There are no right or wrong answers - please don't worry! This application form is designed to help us know what areas you already have experience in and what areas you may need more training and guidance in if you were to become a Junior Leader.

As Baptists we believe that baptism is an important step of obedience in our Christian faith. We understand that as young people there are circumstances and reasons why getting baptised isn't possible so, though being baptised is a requirement for full leaders, it isn't required for the Junior Leader programme. All the campers get on well with each other, they’re all having a good laugh together, and your tent is even winning on points! This morning, when the whistle goes, all your campers are out of the tent straight away like normal, apart from one, who stays in bed a little longer. As the day goes on, you notice that this camper sits separately from the rest of the tent at breakfast, and is much quieter. What do you do?*
