This year Garden School will be having three sessions in our
Summer Enrichment Program.
Pre-Season June 8-July 3
- Pre season will be slightly different from the rest of summer, because there will be a cap on the amount of campers we take during this period. This will allow Pre Season Campers to have more time in and out of the pool and other activities around campus. There still will also be a Focus Enrichment Block for Ages 8-12 which consists of either Academics or Visual & Fine Arts.
Session 1 July 6-July 31 and Session 2 August 3- August 21.
- Honeybees Ages 2-3: Our youngest campers must be potty trained in order to meet the requirements of Pool entry. There will be a Water Play Center that will take the place of Aquatics and developmentally appropriate activities for our Honeybees.
- Caterpillars Ages 4-5 and Butterflies Ages 6-7: The Caterpillar group consists of campers that are fully potty trained. Our Caterpillars and Butterflies will have a set schedule of various activities that are age appropriate and developmentally engaging which includes Aquatics in the Pool, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor Gross Motor Play. Some new classes that will be introduced this summer are Jewelry Making, Cooking, Fitness & Dance, and Legoworks.
- Monarchs Ages 8-9 and Swallowtails Ages 10-12: This year we will continue programs for our older campers which will allow them more independence in choosing the right Summer Enrichment Program specified to their individual interests . They will be able to choose from a variety of weekly Focus Enrichment Blocks such as Athletics, Visual & Fine Arts, Academics, STEM & Robotics, Fitness & Dance , Theater & Performing Arts and STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts and Math). They will also have Aquatics in the Pool in their schedule twice a day, and Sports in the Gymnasium.
