Welly Collective Miramar Application

Welcome to the new Welly Collective Miramar shop.

Located next to the Roxy Cinema this new store will be the sibling store to our city store. It is a smaller space and as a result we do not offer the option of larger sites. Having more sites and a larger range will provide a better Welly Collective experience for our customers.

For those of you already with us you will notice a difference in the price of rent. This is a reflection of the cost of rent out in the suburbs!

By filling in the application below you are accepting the following conditions involved in joining our store and understand that filling in the application dies not guarantee you a space. Libby and Hiro will be in touch to offer you a space or let you know.if you will need to go on a waitlist.

1. Rent must be paid on time.

2. Your products must be clearly branded and priced. They must also be entered in our system before going on display.

3. Any time you wish to take a break from your time with us we require 2 weeks notice in writing.

4. Welly Collective curates this store. New products must be run past the owners before the go on the shelf to check there is not direct clash with another vendor.

5. Bad language aimed at staff or management may occur immediate removal of your items in store and cancel your time with us effective immediately.

6. Pack in happens out of business hours. Any topping up of stock can be done during business hours. Stock can also be sent to the store directly for staff to restock as able. Stock can be left in the city store and will be transferred out to Miramar as we are able.

What size site would you prefer? Spaces will range from $40 plus gst per week to $80 plus gst per week but prices for the individual spaces can not be set until the current tennant moves out and we can measure the sites accurately. This store is mostly in-built furniture/displays so if yous application is accepted Hiro and Libby will be in touch with images of the exact space(s) you are being offered. 10% commission is taken on sales
